In a twist of the script from our usual astral projection news, we are reporting on a murder that took place April 11th, 2017 in India that involves the use of an astral projection experiment gone wrong.  The suspect, 30-year-old Cadell Raja murdered his family in an attempt to “free them from their physical bodies”.  He stabbed the victims and then chopped and burn portions of the corpses.  Cadell had recently become obsessed with astral projection while overseas in Australia for school.

Once apprehended, Cadell confessed to the crimes, contributed the full act of violence to astral projection and showed no remorse.  Psychologists were brought in to examine the details of the case and Cadell’s actions on the day of the slayings.  He has been diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disorder in the past.

“Raja takes pride in claiming that he has ‘freed’ his relatives. Completely unrepentant, he cites weird philosophy to justify his deeds and – at times – contradicts himself,” said a senior officer investigating the case.

What could drive a person to act out a physical extraction of the soul in an attempt at astral projection?  This sounds like a scene out of Psychic Killer or The Astral Factor.
