5 Places for Astral Projection
Get away from that irksome life for a while. Try these 5 PLACES FOR ASTRAL TRAVEL
DON’T LET TECHNOLOGY KEEP YOU FROM MEDITATION… READ ABOUT THE PHANTOM PLAN
You spend a good amount of your time sleeping. Although not everyone uses a bed, this goes for hammocks, yoga mats, recliners, & any other source of relaxation. This allows your “comfort” zone but also could have adverse effects. Since the bed is your comfort place, this familiarity could interfere by allowing you to drift into REM & thus into sleep without control of your AP… also home distractions such as children, pets & traffic are never a good combination.
UNDER THE STARS
What’s better than fresh air, the night sky, & possibly a friend or two. Camping & hiking is not only good for your mental health; it reduces stress & increases energy levels if conducted under the right circumstances. The best nights to attempt this would coordinate with clear weather & moon activity (Full Moon/Super Moon). The next SUPER MOON is November, 14th. at 8:52 a.m. EST, (7:52 a.m. CST, 6:52 a.m. MST, and 5:52 a.m. PST. Plan an astral session!
SENSORY DEPRIVATION TANK
As depicted in the film “Altered States”, this method involves a soundproof tank; Epsom salt filled with salt water at skin temperature allows the subject to float instead of sink… A form of “flotation meditation”. It self-induces a form of projection & meshes with the physic attributes within our SELF. You can create one yourself (they’re usually made of plastic) or find a local spa that includes deprivation tanks.
The United Nations has one… Buddhist Monks live in harmony within theirs. What is a meditation room? It does not necessary have to be religious in nature (unless you want it to be). It’s more a mystical getaway of sorts. This could be an extra bedroom you have no use for or the garden bench in your backyard. Often, mystical objects are displayed (Buddha, Crosses, Gems, etc). Make it a space of your own, ignore stereotypes & judgment.
Shin-Au-Av; Vardzia Cave; Denver Airport? These are just a few places where underground folklore meets meditation. The Shin-Au-Av is located in Death Valley and is said to be remnants of an underground civilization. Vardzia Cave is an underground fortress located in the country of Georgia, it was commissioned by Queen Tamar as an attempt to withstand foreign forces. And Denver Airport… well, we’ll just let you decide on that one. The human psyche connects to the underground structure… Ram Bahadur Bomjon at the age of 15 began a journey for “peace,” this subsided in him creating an underground meditation chamber to escape prying eyes & the sounds of nearby villages. For American standards, a basement or access to hiking trails & caves are sufficient locations for an underground session.
